History

In August 1997, Dwite Flax, a local businessman, and his wife, Paola Moretti, from Milan, Italy, became owners of this spectacular local. Originally, The Rock Cafe was a sports bar but approximately 3 years after its opening, the owners decided to turn it into a full dining restaurant and piano bar.
